tips are NEVER mandatory, but are ALWAYS appreciated! :)
so apparently today is "national coming out day".
so i offer my ears (and they're pretty big ears..) to anyone who is having trouble accepting themselves, accepting someone else, or even having trouble coming up with a way to "come out" to their families about being gay.
i know how it feels to desperately want to tell everyone.
to just scream it from the rooftops, and proudly express that i am in love with a girl.
but i also know how it feels to be in a family or situation or culture that discriminates and bullies the LGBT community.
so please, if you feel like you NEED to talk to someone about your feelings, i am opening my arms and ears.
i will GLADLY talk to you about how you feel.
i will GLADLY offer some advice, and i will happily share my experiences.
i live in the "bible belt", as we like to call it.
i am in chattanooga, tn. full of christians, bible thumpers, and gay-haters.
being openly gay and a dyke in this area can be difficult, but i just give a big middle finger to those who choose to be assholes to me and hate on my lifestyle.
i didn't CHOOSE to be gay. they CHOSE to be assholes.
again, i am opening up my notes, my comments, my email..
if you need to talk about anything in the topic of coming out, please contact me!
note me. comment below.
my email is stankdobie311[at]gmail.com
i will be online all day.
if you need to talk, i am very much open!
there is also an organization called "Project: OUT" that is open to troubled gays.
their email is ProjectOUT[at]hotmail.com
send your emails!
you are not alone.
you are all loved.
all the lesbians had a clique, all the gay boys had a clique.
everyone else surrounded us and waited for us to single off.
i was one of the dykes that picked fights and beat the shit out of the football players. XD
so naturally i was all the gay boys' fag hag. they loved me. XD
but yeah, i just wanted to extend a hand to anyone who is having difficulty expressing themselves, or who need an open ear.
