friend's horse having seizures. PLEASE HELP!

guys. i went over to a friend's house last night to help her with her horses.
and one of them ended up having a massive seizure. it was really disturbing to watch.
he was fine, running around the pasture with his buddy, excited about dinner time.
but when his buddy stopped running and playing, he didn't. he kept running.
and running.
and running.
and running.
and running.
and running.
to the point where when he finally DID stop, he was shaking and trembling all over.
his left side was super tense and he acted like touching him hurt.
then, out of no where, he started spinning.
he sat down on his right hind leg and just spun in circles.
he finally got out of the tight circle and started running in large circles.
and he was grunting and whickering the whole time.
his eyes were wide and he acted very confused, like he didn't know where he was.
he didn't show any "aura" beforehand like most do before having a seizure.
it just kinda.. happened..
nonetheless, it was very sad, and my friend is freaking out.
this horse is her BABY. he means the world to her.
and i hate seeing her so upset.
so i am taking commissions to help her with vet costs.
because god knows she can't do it on her own.
we have been doing research and talking to vets in the area.
they all agree it was a siezure, but we haven't figured out what caused it.
he'd never done it before, and according to my friend, hasn't done it again.
so please guys. if you need a worthy cause to commission for, make it this.
all proceeds will be passed straight to my friend for her horse.
none of it stays with me.
needless to say guys. this is serious.
i am willing to negotiate ANY commission.
period.
whatever you want.

just please help me help my friend and her horse. :/
four characters, colored, with no background would be.. $30.
with simple background (one color, a few props here and there) would be $35
detailed everything with detailed background would be about $45.
it sounds expensive, but i'm trying to raise as much as i can for her.

Also, if your horse has Impressive in its pedigree, it could maybe be an extreme form of HYPP?
snakes aren't out at this time of year. it's far too cold for them.
we looked him over after he finally calmed down and he wasn't hurt anywhere.
his episode lasted about thirty minutes. we're not sure if it was a grand mal (which is extremely rare in horses) or if he had two mild seizures.
the first one was him running around and making noises, and when he would stop, he would just shake and tremble all over and would toss and jerk his head like something was hurting him. then when he started up again, he would just sling himself sideways and start spinning in tight circles and eventually get himself into big circles and would run around the pasture. he was DRENCHED in sweat.
finally he stopped and was okay. he was drinking, swallowing, and eating grain fine with no issues.
from what my friend says, he's okay right now, but they're taking him to a vet to get bloodwork and head x-rays on him.
i may not be able to finish it by valentine's. :/ i can try though!
