Ahaha, occasionally I look at a peice and am super proud. "man this is awesome!" type things. Generally I put myself down more than anything and my watchers tend to give me a shove in the right direction haha!

I know the feeling! I'm just thinking, "I love my watchers" because these responses are awesome lol

Ahh yeah, there are always those really epic watchers who's comments you always look forward too haha!

It's called being proud.... and that's something most artists need to feel once in a while. XD

Narcissism seems to be more severe that what you're describing.

If you were a narcissus, I believe it would be like the following.

1. "I'm so great at drawing! I think I'll draw some more to show the world my glory."

2. "It's good enough to post. Then again, they all are. After all, they were drawn by me."

3. "Nope, I don't need to look at it again. I know it's great."

Yours is more of an instance of being proud of an accomplishment.

I wish I still knew this feel! I will say that there are times I am playing guitar and I get it a bit. Like everyone said before me, you are feeling proud and you should. Good self-esteem is the best self-esteem!

I'm glad you feel proud of your artwork pups. You are incredible at drawing and painting and you know it.

Working on yourself is a never ending battle, in fact you said to me one time that boredom was for boring people, but I believe boredom is what drives humans to reach for further goals and is probably the most important emotion that we as humans experience. Without it, we would never had progressed to the point that we are at now. People who stay bored are the ones who are boring, they don't want to do anything to be a better person and would rather sit and die a slow and boring death.

You are never bored because you are a productive human being who will not only inspire other people but will prove that your existence is worth it. Clearly it has already began with as many followers as you have. Just gotta keep being proud of that artwork and most of all never stop. Don't let anyone take away your dreams.

It's ok to be proud of stuff that took you decades to learn to do :P

I recently saw a thing on it, the sketch was: some client complaining that they were paying lots of dollars for something the hired artist drew in 1 hour. The artist says they trained for 20 years to learn how to draw it in 1 hour.
