Gah! Hate to hear that man! Those things are assholes, to be sure! I'm not sure if you're interested in it, but you can get a WACOM BAMBOO Pen Tablet for around ~$70. That's the one I got, after a recommendation from  Vincent and it's been absolutely awesome. Not the same as pen and paper, but still something to mess around with until you decide you need more! I still use mine for all my digital work, and have never had an issue with it! (Aside from occasionally having to redownload the driver from the WACOM site, but that's no biggie.)

Anyway, hate to hear that it messed up on ya. Hope ya get back in business soon! I'm hoping to get a chance this Friday to get another page done for the North to ValJerim comic. Know I've been slow (at best) at producing, but I've got some good ideas! ;D
