What program are you using to make them so far?

I draw the stuff on Paint.net software, then use toonboom studio to run them. The export process uses java...something that requires internet access.

Hell, I guess you need a specific pack of plugins for java to get it to function on different formats. That's most likely gonna take money....

If I know the internet, it probably already has! xD Just a speculation, I'd had issues with Java before is the only reason I bring it up.

Flash just doesn't work on Mobile. Cell phones stopped supporting it ages ago. ><
The only workaround I found was to export it as a .gif file, which lacks quality / funtionality, but at least loads and plays on mobile platforms.
