Never be afraid to message me if you have a question about yer commission!
You will recieve Screenshot or text updates once per week by your prefered method of contact.
In lieu you may opt for an update everytime a step of the commission has been completed.
You may also opt out of updates all together.
If there will be a delay with artwork I shall post a journal and, even if you have opted out of updates, you will be sent a message with a link to the journal post.
~Payment:
Once I have confirmed your commission you have up to 2 weeks to make payment to my paypal account:

If payment is not received in the allotted ammount of time and you have not sent me a message explaining why (you will have up to 24 hours after the 2 week end mark to send me a message), your commission will be canceled and your slot will be open.
The payment is paid in USD and in Full.
Large Commissions (i.e. Multiple pieces) can be paid in installments. Message me so we can work this out.
Payment must be received before you are allowed to view the full unwatermarked completed piece.
~Cancelations/Refunds:
I put every amount of effort I can into each and every commission. If you do not like the finished product, I am sorry. You will not recieve a refund.
If you wish to cancel your commission and you have already paid, your refund will depend of the progress of your commission.
If I messed up (i.e. read the discription wrong) you will recieve a full refund and a free sketch.
If I can not complete a commission for any reason I will give you a full refund of your money, an explanation as to why, and, when things clear up, you will receive a free sketch.
~The Commissioner:
Please be as detailed as possible when describing your commission. Visual references are a plus but not required.
While the commission is still in the preliminary stage you have unlimited edits. You will have up to 3 edits after the commission enters the Sketch stage before an extra fee must be applied.
You may not resell, distribute, edit or commercially use my artwork. If you wish to do any of those you will have to pay me professionally for the rights to the image.
You have the rights to use your commission for personal use (i.e. making icons, wallpapers, reposting to your FA gallery, ect.). If you have questions about what you can and can't do, message me.
If you do post my artwork on other sites, please link back to my gallery or at least give my Yahoo! Messenger handle.
You will only receive a flattened image. The .PSD and .SAI files are mine and mine alone.
Gift Art:
If you are buying something for a friend, you must get written permission to use their character. A screenshot of this would be wonderful!
Please do not say you have gotten permission when you haven't. If you lie to me you will not be able to commission me again.
Keep in Mind:
I am Disabled. I have CIDP, a disease that affects the nerves and causes progressive muscle weakness, pain, and fatigue, among other things.
I draw when I feel well. I only have 5 slots open at a time for your benefit as well as mine.
Make sure your commissions are saved.
It will take me between 1-2 weeks to Ink and another 1-2 weeks for coloring.
~Rights:
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason. That is my right as an artist.
I own all copyrights to every piece of artwork I do. I reserve the right to distribute and sell works of any kind, including the commissions I do, as prints, merchandise, ect.*
