Pokemon X + Y...for FREE?!

I recently came upon a journal that was already advertising this raffle, as per the rules of said raffle and read that 
kyan0 is giving away a copy of both games for free. I figured, what the heck might as well try myself too as I would love to get the games even though I don't have a 3DS. I can always get a 3DS later though whenever I can afford one, so it's no big deal, and even if I don't win I'll eventually get the games myself as well as I had planned to do so anyway.
