Personally, that's almost every single Hannah-Barbera cartoon for me. Which is why I watch Harvey Birdman. And Space Ghost Coast 2 Coast.

At the same time, however, I can see why you would hate them. They have a very bad habit of just doing their own thing and not really...easing the audience in, or balancing the characters out.

Works for some people, doesn't for others. I mean Adventure Time is even WORSE about that. I saw an episode with clown nurses who were more than terrifying. I never watched the show since.
