Does anyone know how to insert an animated gif to a JPG?

It seems very technical. Any easy ways of doing it? =)

On my computer, I open it in a preview application to view the frames and can just drag some of them to my desktop and that works.

It's Voodoo... I think you have to do it frame by frame.
