Avast has been going crazy these past few days about threats being detected, and the scan finally finishes after locking me out of nearly everything (Including Chrome, not letting me attach USB, ect.) Apparently there's been a virus on this thing since 2012. (I got this laptop used.) I tried restoring it to factory settings, but the virus continued.

I'm running a second scan now, try to pin point and get rid of it because dang, this is really slowing down my other works.
