So, I was thinking of participating in National Novel Writing Month despite never tackling something anywhere near that scale in writing. I have a basic plot and outline in mind and I kind of plan on uploading rough drafts of each chapter as I write them.

Basically it's exploring a society of furries (parahumans) in the asteroid belt who were originally created as miners with no legal rights but managed to free themselves about a decade ago. Perhaps needless to say things still aren't perfect by any means.

One of the major conflicts is going to involve the fact that the parahumans were designed to be sterile, a few (such as the POV character) don't even have reproductive organs. And a cultish group controls the majority of the cloning equipment on one asteroid, potentially allowing them to determine the future of their species.
