Commission TOS Guidelines, Tips & Rules

My personal motto is:
If I, as an artist is unsure of a design given to me to work with, I will ask questions. If you, as a commissioner find inaccuracy in your character that I draw..speak up!
I think a lot of artists can be very rude when it comes to fixes/alterations but I embrace it... it is YOUR character in the end & YOU know them best. Don't be shy, speak up! Us artists are outsiders to the personality, design and creation of your personal characters & we can only do our best to capture what we see with minimal and sometimes scarce details given to us.

>> Once you've gotten the commission, feel free to upload in your gallery(ies), I don't have any rules besides to please credit the artist (me)
Tips & Rules of Thumb:
0.5. Please keep in mind that I am NOT familiar with species aside from standard mammals, some reptiles, some birds..etc... if you have a species that is custom, fantasy, mix, mythical.. PLEASE explain this to me. This also goes for terminology for sexual acts/positions, cuts, shapes, body parts of anthros/animals. I apologize but it's still something I'm heavily unfamiliar with. (I have to bug Dag for a lot of the terms half of the time)
1. Pleasepleaseplease FOLLOW THE LAYOUT I (((give you or post on site))) when you submit a Note for a Comm.. I'm a HUGE organization whore so having it laid out like I specified makes the transaction smoother, legible and most importantly.. QUICKER.
1.5. Please have your idea READY in 1 note. I actually have a pet peeve about 3+ notes of people changing their minds. You can RESERVE a slot ahead of time to give you time to THINK about what you really want done!
2. Please provide the species and sex/gender of your character if applicable (as references aren't always accurate - what looks like a canine can really be fox species). I've had people snap at me especially over the fox/canine face in the past when it wasn't clear on the ref nor were the details on the artists comments.
3. Give no more than 3-4 of your best references (or link to a gallery) It's a headache to have to click on 10 links in a Note.
4. Please browse my gallery to gauge my feel and style of drawing before inquiring about commissions. I can't stress this enough. My style isn't flexible and there are many things I'm incapable of drawing.
5. Just because I draw human/anime/humanoid characters does not mean I can draw all different types! Please look at my gallery to see what face and body types I CAN do.
6. I reserve the right to decline commissions at any given time based on the difficulty level and content I do not approve of, etc.
7. Your note/email WILL be ignored if you ask for commissions/slots while my Profile AND Journal say Commissions: CLOSED
Additional Charges
Things that may cost extra in a commission:
($5-10)
1. Detailed Wings
2. Complicated or heavily detailed clothing/markings (including armor, detailed fur markings, feathers)
3. Written descriptions of references or multiple 3rd party outside art refs (this is more time consuming and more hands on with the commissioner)
4. Feral & Feral-to-Anthro character design
5. Mature Art/ Porn base + special content (poses/liquids etc)
Things I will NOT (or cannot) Draw
Please respect that I am an anime artist when it comes to humanoid characters and that I CANNOT draw outside of what you see in my gallery... so burly, wrinkly, grotesque characters I cannot draw. Half my human male characters are semi- "girly" because that's my style Dx
- Toons
- Webcomics
- Manga Panels
- Superheros/American comic art (batman, superman, Spiderman, Deadpool)
- WoW/LoL/Medieval/Old world themes and characters
- Goblins, Ogre's, "Old age" individuals that don't fit my style
- Vore, unbirthing/birthing, micro/macro, Mega/Giga, scat, watersports, absorption, crushing/snuff, children
-- Racist/Sexist/Homophobic content
--- Extreme Violence/Gore
---- Non-con/Rape
---- Squirting, lactation, hyper, inflation, cumsots
Payment and Timeline Terms of Service:
- Paypal Only -
1. I do NOT accept payment-only AFTER a work is finished
-- I can accommodate a deposit before and after a WIP. Full Payment is expected AFTER seeing the preview.
(work will NOT be distributed until paid in full & will be watermarked to prevent scamming during previews)
2. My Commissions are based on a monthly time schedule
-- If or any reason they roll over to the next month, I reserve the right to do so and will explain for doing so
--- Roll overs (though rare) are subject to absolute seniority to the next months commissioners
3. Asking for alterations/changes/edits weeks to months later is NOT permitted and will not be taken into consideration. (Artists are not held accountable for changes/modifications creators make to their own characters down the line)
