highlighting mmmmmmmm idk depends on what highlighting you going for and how deep you want to make it

semen and body fluids you can use the latex link for that but just change the colors and mak it look less solid with fewer white tints to it and a lower contrast depending on how much depth you want in the picture

and lighting is just drawing an image representing the lights direction and everything that should be hit gets hit XP but i dont know of many but ill see if i can find something on youtube

I had the same problem with this all you have to do is: first draw a basic rough sketch of the clothing you want and go over it with the colour you want. Second you add the detailing (eg studs) and colour them also but when doing detailing on fetish clothing you have to leave a little white strip as light contouring ( which way the light, if any is facing you make the colour/shading lighter. You must make separate layers for each piece of clothing when you do this. Hope this is of some use to you and if you need an example look up NaV's art on FA he always does fetish clothing you may need to look through his gallery to find it but it could be a useful template for your artwork. These might be a little general topic but  noiserut did a very nice journal posting a while back that helped me out quite a bit - it'll likely give you a lot of help with highlighting methods, at least!
