Minecraft Server, Need Feedback and such

Alright so the 1.7 server update is rolling around, and with that I am needing some input on what you guys want to see on this server.
Also I am needing a 64x64 image for a server image, something custom is fine. Or anything that you have already drawn that can be cropped aswell.
And just a btw I am having some internet issues at the moment (just my luck) so the server might be seeing some fluctuations in connectivity, sorry about that.
I am also going to be adding a donator rank that will give players some fun things to play with.
Should I make voting a thing? Im trying to get more people on the server but nothing is really working.
On the same note should a Journal Pimpage give in game rewards?
What do you guys think?

I'd be interested in a 1.7 update; I've been spending most of my MC time on FTB, but if I could figure out the level system + stuff I'd probably try my hand with that

I been playing single player on FTB and the new update to get a handle on things, but I have been on the 1.7 update not to long ago. Annd what do you mean by the voting thing?, as a Poll?

Was talking about adding my server to a voting site so i am in the list of servers and I am ranked by how many people vote. But ive already decided not to do that and im going to be doing something else.
