Halloween was really fun this year, which is surprising as I didn't do anything specifically to do with Halloween
My friend Ros came over to mine and we played Crash Team Racing for about three hours, a game which neither of us have played in years but both grew up on.
Then I went to go see Thor 2 The Dark World with my friend Steph (Ros couldn't make it :()and HOLY SHIT is it awesome! Seriously, that was suuuch a good movie. Recommended to everyone, go watch it when it comes out because daaaamn. Also spoiler alert: Thor gets the tube and Loki pretends to be Captain America.
In the evening I watched Beetlejuice with my mum and served sweets to the kiddies trick-or-treating while wearing a paper bag with holes cut out for eyes over my head. One kid told me not to eat him. I told him I didn't have a mouth. We must've had about 25 kids knock on, so there's not much left for me to eat today -sobs-
And then I went on tumblr, and oh my god it had exploded with all sorts of spoopy creppy or whatever the fuck stuff! The Steam Powered Giraffe fans (of which I am one) were all talking about "the Scary World video", which I was told was on the engineer-eteer website that you have to subscribe to and therefore I couldn't watch it. But then this kind kind soul offered to livestream it to me, which then led on to her livestreaming some more of their early stuff and The Quest For The Eternal Harp Of Golden Dreams.
It's only now though that I realised: Bunny, David and Jon as mimes look like terrible Juggalos.... //siiiigh
