I need some assistance!

So, I recently just started watching 
right? So I decided if I really want their critique on everything I need to upload all my recent artwork.(Which is up on dA) So I tried to upload my art and for some reason I keep getting an error message seen here: http://prntscr.com/21b4qk
If anyone knows how to fix this issue without me having to resize all of my artwork that would be very appreciated!
I've gotten back into my drawing mood and I really want critique and I don't want this to be the only thing to stop me from improving.
I would also enjoy having some help making my FA Profile look a bit more appealing.

This happens often on FA, I've been hearing people having problems with uploading since early this year.

The only way I've gotten it to work is by resizing the picture to fit the max image thing, but I shouldn't have to do that sh-t you know?
And I'm sure as hell not going to do it for all the art I've got backed up. UGH I'll see if I can get an admins help or something.
