Fursuit update!

I just got the suit I had got from another fur today in the mail. Normaly this would be a epic and happy thing but due to the owner not to thrilled with the head yet the pics I seen looked epic and amazing I thought it was gonna be super good just a few issues with the ears that they said.
Sadly thats not the case, As they said the person whom made the head was a huge rip off. The head looks like its made off a baseball catchers mask, it has moving jaw but it is like cocked to the side and extreamly uncomfy really really kinda wish I never blew 600 of my con money on it x.x

Oh man! Sorry this happened to you. x.o I know the pains of liking how something is in photos and then it looks strange once you get it/the construction seems off. For some of the minor issues you could bring it to the con and get a fursuit maker to fix it? Most wouldn't charge much since it wouldn't technically be a refurb.
