Ok, so as you guys know I picked up an 95' jeep XJ (Truxton) a few weeks ago. Well the kid we got it from fricked up the title some how when he bought it, and now we have a green 2600lb paper weight in the driveway. I can't touch it, and we already have a new tail pipe installed. I can't get plates, and it can't be driven. I'm n Indiana and it was purchased in Illinois. I was wondering if any of you Illinois fuzbutts [coyotehalpmepls] can help me under stand how IL. works for title issues. The kid is trying himself, but he's dragging his feet. Thanks guys!
