The funniest thing however is that it's TECHNICALLY always been allowed anyway. The TOS was so poor that people could drive a truck through the loopholes. All they had to say was "they only look young, they're really 50 years old" (even if it was entirely unbelievable to be the case) and they would be safe.

So people are just technically leaving over the fact the admins are removing something from the TOS that they never bothered enforcing anyway. It's ludicrous.

People can spout about morals until they're blue in the face. If they've been using the site at all since its conception, then they've been coexisting with "cub porn".

Actually, I DO have issues with all of the other things, this was just the straw that has the potential to break the camel's back. There was an oportunity to stop the fandom from looking even worse, and it was wasted. Undecided if I'm leaving, really, as there is a new site springing up that seems more tasteful. Not going to lose my base here until I find a new home to direct people to.

keep your chin up and show that YOU CAN BE NICE, DRAW TASTEFUL, and not stain yourself in the mud that the extreme fetichers do toss.

I'm just annoyed that I'll have to go back to site-hopping to see so many of my favorite artists. *grumble*

I found it funny how over half of them were screaming "BAN BECAUSE IT'S ILLEGAL!" but there's a lot more illegal stuff that is still here (if you look at it from their point of view).

Also, people screaming "IT'S UTTERLY DISGUSTING!", there's a lot more disgusting stuff...so...yeah.

Nowhere did I say that furry was in line with these. What I AM saying is that these things exist on this site in abundance, and no one seems to have had a problem with it. Suddenly, though, people are having moral crises because something new has been added to the list of vices this website allows.

If I thought bestiality, rape, incest, and child porn were core to the fandom, don't you think I'd feel obliged to include some in my own art? But lookee, I don't. Try actually perusing an artist's gallery before making general assumptions and making an ass out of you and Umption. Because you're not making an ass out of me. I stand by what I said in the first place.

I have no problem standing out as a shining example in a field of corruption (*snicker* Yeah I'm such an angel, aren't I? LOL). One more corruption added to the list of things I already don't do and don't look at, doesn't bother me. I'm still going to be me and be the best me I can be. And just because the Vice of the Month has everyone else all in an uproar, it's not going to scare me off.

So feel free lumping me in with people you dislike, if you don't like what I have to say. I can't say I'd be interested in having such a single-minded conclusion-jumper as a fan of my artwork anyways. You like my stuff, look. You don't, don't. But don't lump me with the pedophiles because I'm not running screaming at the thought of having one as my next door neighbor, when I already live next to the rapists and incestors.

Oh thank god. I was trying to decide wether or not to stop checking here when I saw you were staying. So now I'm staying to. I agree with everything you said, especially the sex slave part, I hadn't even thought about the LGDs. So thanks for giving me good reason to stay here.

What about if we just killed off all the children so there wouldn't BE any underaged people in reality to be the subjects of these depictions because OBVIOUSLY if someone is drawing (or looking at) it, then they're doing it or at the very least PLAN to, right? SSSOOOOOoo.... to protect pedophiles from themselves, we'll just get rid of the temptations, so they won't have the chance to do anything illegal.

I never bothered to filter any of that stuff because I hardly ever run into any of it. I don't think I've ever seen scat at all. I don't expect to see any more nor less cub porn here, all I'll be seeing is fewer artists. And that being the case, in the end it's more their loss than mine.
