Don't do anything you'll regret, to yourself or someone else.
Get out the house as often as you can, be that with exercise or walking or just going somewhere you enjoy.
Try to find some kind of peace (music, a place, a person) within all this, that you can revisit when you need some time so you just really make a plan for smoothing out these rough edges in your life.

Seconded. As shitty as things can be, there is always a way out that doesn't involve hurting yourself. Put ads out looking for a place to stay til you get on your feet. Use Pounced, Craigslist, and any other free source for advertising. Even if you can't pay cash money for rent, offer to do housework and yardwork for someone to earn your keep. I wish I could help you myself, but I am definitely not in that position with my own current situation.

We have a small guest bedroom in here and an air mattress, and I could get you some things to try to make it a bit better for you. If I tell her one of my best friends is in serious need of a place for a bit, I can have a decent chance at her agreeing. I don't want to see you do anything reckless, I care about you too much to see you hurt yourself. I'm a decent ways away from you, and I'm not sure if you'd like it much here, but the offer's there. I could talk to her when she wakes up if you truly need it.

She's a lot more likely to accept you here if you have a good chance of getting a job, and being able to support things a bit. I could cover your part of the rent a bit, since I pay it as it is, you'd just need to not make a giant mess, help with food a little bit and all that. If I can convince her about it, and I'll give it my all, I will message you somehow and talk this out.
