Go ahead......
BERUSET HUND RETURNS! you tried it at FCN and now the people who brought you the Beruset Hund Cyser are proud to announce MELLIFIED MAN, the second and final installment of me and
venaul wandering blindly in the realm of brewing, we will make a cyser again, we will make the mellified man again, but it wont be the same, see we didnt take notes, we didnt measure just about anything. ANYWAYS, The Mellified Man is based on an ancient cure all, where in which a elderly person would give themselfs to science and switch their diet to honey, and switch their bathing habits to, well, honey, they ate, drank, bathed in, and lived, honey, until they died, where in which the honey spewing corpse would be dunked into a ceremonial jar of hney and sealed off for hundreds of years. after a few centuries, the honey bathed corpse would be pulled from its grave and the honey drained out and used as a cure all. ancients used to believe it would cure EVREYTHING. the Beruset Hund Mellified Man is a dryer mead, with a nice sweet honey finish, twice fermented, it has a nice crisp flavor, i will be bringing some bottles to MFF, if you care to try some come find me!!!!
PS. im broke as hell and looking for someone to do a quick logo i can slap on some bottles.............. anyone wanna lend a hand?
P.S.S.S. I WILL ONLY HAVE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF IT!!!!! im at 10 bottles right now, and the carboy is almost empty, i have enough for maybe 4 more bottles, but remember its a first come first drink basis!!!!!!

thats interesting for sure! honey did help to heal as you're probably aware but wouldn't the honey crystallize and almost liquify the body over that long of time? o.o
