Finaly found out the problem with connecting to taps muck.

Wasn't my Client, it was my Computer, it started screwing up with client after client, unable to log back on after each time I logged off for the first time. Had to Flush DNS and IP/TCP in command prompt. if this situation arises for anyone else it's as simple as that.
Run CMD.exe as admin
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
Run CMD.exe as admin
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
