Artists Just starting to realize all day today ....ever sense I woke up from last night...
I have not been there ....I mean here...I have been lost in my head...scared to step out side and see what is truely going on...
I am scared cause I may have Alliander here ...but I feel alone...
I has complete conversations with me and I don't hear him...I am so zoned out...tottaly gone (poof)
Think last night's accident really scared me....everyone I love could have died all at once...( poof )
My dad has hard love and just keep pushing me to keep going to keep confronting this situation if front of me....does not seem to be helping.
I am in pain phyiscaly and mentaly and emotionaly...*crys* don't know what to do...I am scared

Zoe your normal a lot of people zone after an accident its not uncommon behavior. You will be fine just give it a few days :) just take your kids out on another fun day and enjoy every moment you have and try not to dwell in the past too much. hugs
