A day i have eagerly been waiting for all year, a day that is as imposing to me as other of the fandom, Doctor Who's anniversary, I've been only following the time lord and his antics for a mere 5 years, but there are those who have been watching this show for the 50 years it has been around. To me this is far more than just some TV show, it is something i have shared with a vast portion of my friends, it started with just a few of us but spread like wild fire among my group in rl. Now all of us are proud to call ourselves Whovians.

I know this journal probably won't be seen or have an impact on most but i needed to put my thoughts into words for a day that would rarely come for any series much less one that reached 50 years and is still being made today.
