Realistically:
Dick-nipples, being dicks, and the boobs being thusly mammarian-shaped testicles, would both shrink and shrivel/withdraw, respectively. Consequently, they would also droop, sag, AND shrink, with the use of cocaine, while Viagra would make you look like the world's worst Dalek costume.

In Furry Terms:
As most people draw characters being allergic to clothing and immune to the effects of weather, the dicknipples would be in a permanent state of erection (as furry genitals are NEVER TO BE DRAWN ANY OTHER WAY, it seems), and the boobicles would thus also be immune to gravity, the elements, or other influences. If cold DOES effect them, then the nearest vapid bimbo (regardless of actual gender) exists almost solely to keep them warm for the duration of the horrible, horrible art involved.

You make a very good point, I had never thought about the boob part of the dicknipples as testicles, I must admit. It makes sense, but now I can't help imagining wrinkly and curly-haired boobs, *shiver*.
