Why not? I've only been on here for...years.
I've been sick in various minor ways for going on two months now, and I'm close to fed up. It's nothing serious, but feels kind of like I'm never going to feel fully well. While I recognize that this is noone's problem in particular, but I just felt like venting a bit. XD
