I have a grave request for you all tonight. Tomorrow, instead of rejoicing at the dinner table with family and friends, Gavin Lamica will be in a hospital bed, suffering from pneumonia, internal bleeding, and several other ailments. The doctors said that even if he survives this, he may still have to endure long-term treatments. No child should have to suffer like Gavin has. And throughout all of these difficulties, his father Andy has stayed by his child's side and provided a lesson to us all about what a parent should and can be. So for a moment of your day tonight, tomorrow, hell, next week, be thankful for what you have, give this boy's father an extra push through this hard time.

This man is a personal friend of my mother's and I've made it my mission to make this as easy as possible for this family. I will be donating toys, food, and other goods myself to make their christmas worthwhile, and even my own funds to their charity drive for Gavin, please do your part and contribute!
