Hey folks,
Just wanted to drop this journal as a heads up that I just had a severe bout of depression this week, so I apologize for disappearing from the face of the earth.
I think I'm feeling better, so I'll be picking up the slack over the weekend and getting in touch with everyone I've neglected all week. Thanks for your understanding.

Not sure what it is of late, but this has been hitting a few hard.
It did me as well... Friends and families can help. I don't know what I'd have done without mine.
