Terms of Service
Do You want to Commission a Hoodie created by me?
Please send all inquiries to my notes, so they are in one place.
By commissioning me for a Hoodie you are agreeing to these terms.
Information I will Need
I will need:
- your email address (to correspond with you)
- The address where I will send the final product.
Prices
Currently I only have the Armoured Hoodie available for commission.
The Armoured Hoodie is $200
I price them there, do to the cost of the materials and how long it takes.
This is less than other similar hoodies that go between $300-400.
(Shipping costs not included)
I will require 50% of the price up front and the remainder before I ship the hoodie.
I ask that the commissioner covers shipping and international fees.
These are hand made, and can be a variety of sizes.
All I need is the measurements to make sure it is the right size.
Measurements
In inches I need the measurements of:
- the widest part of your chest/ bust
- the narrowest part of your waist (as you are relaxed so it is comfortable)
- the widest part of you hips/ seat
Creative Option
If you have a detailed drawing, that you would like created into a hoodie, we can discuss the possibilities of me creating it for you.
The price would be established based on the degree of difficulty.
Commission Slots
I will post a journal about commissions where I will tell how many slots I am opening.
I will take these in batches, and won’t take on more until the prior batch is finished.
Time Frame
I will try to get most commissions done within 2 weeks to a month, but as I am working at a job away from home and have a few other life activities, they may affect the time frame.
Thus I reserve the right to take as much time as I need to complete a piece unless otherwise discussed at the beginning of the contract.
Other
If you would like I can send you progress shots of your commission, please specify if you would like me to do so.
In the case of a custom piece, I will be doing so to make sure the piece fits the idea.
When I am finished I will send you an image of your commission, after which you will send the final payment.
I will then ship the new creation to you to the address you provided for me at the beginning of the commission.
Cancellation and Refunds
If for any chance you no longer wish to continue with the hoodie, I can refund the amount paid, minus the amount of work already done.
