Hey guys,
Apparently there is a new rule where people cannot ask other's to post journals, which has a friend of mine rather bummed because he has a raffle going, so I am just doing it it because I would like to let other's know there is some really good free art going on.

From what I understand about the new rules he mentioned which are somewhere, I can still post this, but he just cannot ask for people to post a journal... but please let me know if I am mistaken!
