Adoptable TOS.

These terms are separate from my regular TOS, because they have to do with buying designs that I made.
Firstly, in general, you can change whatever you want about a design you've purchased from me. It's your character now, not mine!
On that note, if you want to make some small edits to the artwork you're free to do so, although I'd prefer to do it myself, as that would make it look a little more consistent. You're welcome to ask me for edits at any point in time after the character is bought. If you'd like to mess around with it yourself I'll give you the sai/psd(if i have it still) as well!
AUCTIONS
● Upon winning a character auction, I will give you 48 hours to make payment. if payment is not made in the amount of time, the character will instead be offered to the second highest bidder. If this happens more than once, you will be banned from future auctions. I am reasonable person, and I understand that stuff happens, but please keep me informed. I'm pretty flexible with this kind of thing, I promise!
● Do not bid unless you KNOW you will be able to pay the amount if you win. I will not hold the character.
● False/fake bids will earn you an immediate block.
● ALL ADOPTABLE SALES ARE FINAL. I will be happy to make edits for you at ANY point in time, but if I don't want the character back, I cannot refund you after it's been purchased- please be conscious of this when you buy! On that note:
TRADES / RESELLS
● You're free to resell my designs at any point! You don't have to ask. I'd appreciate it if you let me know in case I want to buy it back, but chances are I won't, so that's up to you!
● You're free to resell them at any price. Doesn't matter to me! If you buy a character from me that you decide to resell and you need help or a signal boost lemme know!
● Yes, you can trade my characters or give them to people once you buy them. Please let me know if you're buying the character for someone else, though- that way I won't think it was stolen if I see someone posting it that isn't you!!
