Do you guys remember around Halloween.....

We had to move due to the land lord selling the house right? We are now going to have to take him to court for our depo back. This we could not have to do because we improved the house and the land. Yeh..... to boot today we found he is now renting the house out for more rent because we did improve the house. So in short doing what a good tenant is suppose to do we screwed our-self waiting to talk to legal tomarrow

We are now workig on going to report him to all military bases air force and army here to put him on the list as you can not rent from him. I am going to have to go to full court not small claims due to wanting him or his wife to rent the two houses here in Colorado springs.In short putting him on the dead beat landlord list
