So as you all may remember about my dad bailing on us last minute for the move. We were able to pay our house payment between the donations, and a check that David's boss made out to him because she over heard David talking to me on the phone during lunch. She heard him say that we were still $250 short so she gave it to us. So thank you for all your help everyone, we would not have a place to live if not for you.
Unfortunately this brings a new problem, in order for use to save an extra $150 a month we took my computer back. I am STILL not use to this tv, mainly because now I can sit at my desk to draw. I have no real set up for drawing yet. I have not worked on commissions since I have no way to really sit down and draw atm. I'm trying out a few things and we are looking into a small end table or something that I can easily place in front of the couch.
Also since I now monitor my streams with my laptop *that is working now* I can't type hardly on my streams. It's a pain to move the tablet grab the laptop and type then set it back and grab the tablet again. Repeating that process is annoying, David got me an early Christmas present which was a headset. So I will be talking to answer questions, I'll be using the mic only to speak when I need to.
I will try to do simple stream commissions today because we are still in need of money sadly and I have no money for Christmas either. I just hope that it works because drawing from this couch gets painful after a while DX
FA, like most of you I am pissed and annoyed. I have decided that I'm going to primarily use weasyl now.
If you don't want to follow me there then that is to bad, you REALLY SHOULD give weasyl a try. Just a 30 day trail at most. It has if not all then MOST of the features people here on FA want, like folders, better commission layouts, organized galleries.
I'll still be on FA but mainly for updates and if a commissioner wants their pic uploaded here. Honestly I have been on FA for a total of 7 years and I just don't see this place changing at all. So since I use art as a source of income I need a more reliable place to be and so I made the choice to go primarily on weasyl.
On FA I'll still do YCH's and stream posts.
I'll be moving a few things there, and some art will be posted EXCLUSIVELY there.
So I'll announce when my stream goes up, may not be to long from now.

Have you thought about a lap-board? I got this wooden board with wooden legs at an angle, so you can place it on your lap or on a normal kitchen table or whatever, and it works as a drawing board :)
