You get them to screen shot the view and you reward them with a digital piece of art. Maybe an icon or something. Your choice.

You ask people to post a screenshot their browser window showcasing that they have gotten the 3000th view and then you award the person who got said view with a picture of their choice, depending on how much effort you are willing to put into it.

To warn you in advance, the counter tends to be wierd, so you may get multiple people getting the same page view.

3000 coming up... thassa big number- grats on getting that far along, and grats to the future!

I reckon it's easiest to do just draw a single pic with one or a few of your characters around a big prop of the number, lounging on it etc. and just thanking people for the views. Rewarding individuals for hammering F5 I always thought was asking for trouble. =-P
