Hmm.. I'm the same way. I have my hopes up on a person and in the end it sucks. I know how you feel. don't be too hard on yourself though, really.

Not a problem, I just feel empathy for you. Are you sure about that? Enjoy the holidays, it's not worth the effort being hard on yourself over the holidays. Do something that you love that'll get the negative things out of your mind... I'm not trying to tell you what to do, I just understand where you're coming from and I'm just suggesting. I know it's not as easy to feel better with a snap of a finger... But try to help yourself to get better.
