and my you have a happy new year.
along with exciting news for Christmas, I got a fursuit. the maker is
atrayu and it was his first suit he ever made. How I now am in possession with it is that we participated in a white elephant christmas party, and i got the suit from the presents.
granted its not my wolf fursona, but hey its a fursuit, its my first, it was free "technically" and i shall cherish it and take good care of it. thank you atrayu for this wonderful gift.
its small so i need to make modifications to the jacket and pants to make it fit. easy fix.
More news, I will be attending my first con next year at the RAINFURREST.
im all registered to attend. I may even wear the suit if i get it fixed by then but keep in mind that the suit is a squirrel, ive already had a few people mistake it for a fox for some reason...
if anyone else is going to the rainfurrest convetion, HOLLA! XD
to help out with payments for getting a possible hotel room, i am going to take commissions BIG TIME
rooms are 125$/Night Quad occupancy.
if i can get the $500 for the whole event, that will make things so much more easy for me (cuz its a long drive from my house to there.) and if i get more than enough for the hotel, i will still take commissions so i have some spending change while im there.
I do payments through paypal online
checks and cash if your local and have access to see me.
spread the word, I will go on a drawing spree and draw whatever you desire. anything even if i never have drawn it (but must fit in the AUP and such)

If it makes you feel any better, my suit has been identified as: a fox, a squirrel, and a jackalope. It's a GOAT.
The guy who called me a fox was also singing "what does the fox say" and he was clearly high, but he was able to correctly identify Atrayu as a squirrel. The guy who called me a squirrel also correctly identified Atrayu as a squirrel, and he seemed to assume that whatever big fuzzy thing standing next to the squirrel must ALSO be a squirrel. The person who asked if I was a jackalope was someone at the Thanksgiving dinner. At least they were in the right ballpark, with my horns and long floppy ears and all.
I guess my point is: People will identify your fursuit as all kinds of crazy things no matter what it looks like.
