These terms are guidelines of what I do and don’t do. They are NOT set in stone and can change at any time. Please read to make sure TOS has not changed since your last visit! Thank You
ART TERMS
Any Rating, Any Specie
If there is a specie I have never done before, I will try it!
What I Will NOT Draw:
Filly/Colt/Cub/Baby Fur Porn
MLP style [I can draw equines though]
Gore (scratches/small cuts OK; but open, bleeding wounds NO)
Vore* (Im kinda on the fence about this as I did make a few arts that were suggesting vore, but I cant draw the actual action of vore itself)
Hardcore BDSM
Abuse/Violence
Rape
Scat/Watersports
Dirty/Wet Diapers
Transformations
Automobiles/Planes etc*
Modern weapons (guns) etc*
*Too difficult to draw
there are somethings not listed because it didn't cross my mind (so many things), and will update when I come across it.
Payment Options

cash in person, if you are a local
PayPal: I will email you an invoice to your payment email. The invoice will have a ONE week grace period, if fail to pay within that week, your order will be deleted and you will have to start the order process again. So please be sure you have your payment ready before hand.
*IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL, you can still pay for commissions. I can email you an invoice via Paypal and you can pay with credit/debit. No PayPal account is necessary.
Payment MUST BE MADE IN FULL BEFORE COMMISSION CAN BEGIN
NO EXCEPTIONS!
PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE COMMISSION IS DONE! NO REFUNDS AFTER THIS POINT!
IF there are any changes that need to be made, PLEASE let me know, I will be happy to oblige!!
BUT Any large changes (recolor, body part alteration, etc) CHARGES MAY APPLY!
TIPS/GIFT MONEY
Tips are greatly appreciated and are considered a gift between you, the customer and me, the artist.
But be warned, since tips are considered a gift, they cannot be refunded.
REFUNDS
As stated above, no refunds given once commission is done. If you want a refund and I have already started on your commission, only PARTIAL refund will be made, percentage will be determined on how far long I am on your commission (the farther along in your commission I am, the less of the refund). The ONLY time you can receive a FULL refund is IF i have not started on your commission.
WHAT I ASK OF YOU AS A CUSTOMER
All I ask is to be patient with me on your commissions. I do take time to do them, as I do have outside obligations that I have to do first before I can do any work at all on art. I do have a life outside of the Furry Community. Also, rushing me will just make poor quality of your art, and its not worth the money you paid for in my eyes. Please understand this as I don't want any issues. If you have any concerns, please message me and I will try to get to you as soon as I can.
PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ANY ONE OUTSIDE OUR CONTRACT (MY FRIENDS AND BOYFRIEND) ABOUT YOUR COMMISSION NOR USE YOUR FRIENDS/FAMILY TO CONTACT ME! THIS CAN RESULT IN A FORFEITURE OF YOUR COMMISSION RESULTING IN A PERMANENT DISMISSAL AND A POSSIBLE REFUND
TURN AROUND TIME/DEADLINE POLICY: there is no turn around time for commissions.
I dont make enough money doing commissions, and thus I must work actual jobs just like any other persons out there. work schedules are not set in stone and could change at any given point so I can not have deadlines. If you need a picture done with a deadline I can refer you to some other artists who can take on commissions in a speedy matter.
Please do not harass me about your art work, or it will cause your art to be denied, no matter what stage of completion, and you will be refunded accordingly.

I will not tolerate rudeness, obscenity, and any other misbehavior of/to customers, current or potential or towards me. I hold the right to deny you service, and I can and will BLOCK you. You will be refunded your money and your order dropped if your commission has not been started or completed. If your commission has been partially done, only a PARTIAL refund will be given; if your commission has been completed, no refund will be given.. If I am still harassed by a customer or contacted by a ‘Third Party’ (ie friends of ex customer or secondary account), more blocking and a Trouble Ticket/Report will be made against you. You have been warned.
I will NOT do business with anyone under the age of 18. As a minor, you legally cannot go into a binding contract of a commission between you and the seller, verbal or written. Due to some recent events involving other artists and minors, IF I suspect you to be a minor, I will ask for a form of ID (State Issue ID, Driver's License, or Passport) IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE ANY OF THESE, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COMMISSION ME UNTIL AN APPROVED FORM OF ID IS GIVEN.
BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT TO MY TERMS FROM THE START OF OUR TRANSACTION AND UNTIL THE CONTRACT IS DONE.
