I got paid to do a partial fursuit commission for someone this morning. with the little extra I knew I wouldnt need to spend on supplies, I thought itd be nice to take my mom and siblings to see frozen. my mom suggested we go tomorrow but we ended up going today. after the movie we found my mom’s driver side window smashed and her purse gone. inside was her and the kid’s social security cards, her checkbook, her debit cards and her license. she’s on the phone with the bank right now and they said the theif already tried to use her card at home depot. rationally, I know its not my fault, but I still feel guilty, since it was my idea to go in the first place..
update about my mom's stolen purse:
her and the kid's social security cards, her licence, her checkbook, some photos and an insurance card have been recovered from the parking lot of a bar. thank goodness.
