I am over my illness aside from frequent bathroom runs, but a new symptom is here. Anything involving my lungs hurts. Breathing too deep, laughing, talking...

its the weather. im sick like that too.
Have you tried some herbal tea or chicken broth? If the pain you're experiencing is the result of winter congestion, the fumes from herbal tea and chicken broth might help with clearing it up.

I have not tried that yet.. But I will. I think it is part of whatever it is that I had before (on Christmas).
