here is a trick that helps with the exposed nerve, go to the store ( like walmart for sure would have it) In the dental department look for simple "wax" used for people who have braces. And put that on the exposed nerve so when you eat or drink it wont be able to get at the nerve, It wont harm the tooth ether because the wax will come right off when removed..
Had braces for 5 years and used the wax a lot to keep the wires on the braces from cutting my lips so if you accidentally swallow a lil of the wax it wont do you any harm.

My luff says teeth pain is the worst so much so he wouldn't even wish it on an enemy. For years he had these major cavities and just this fall had them all cleaned and filled.

I don't know the pain of a cavity or exposed nerves... but my wisdom teeth are still coming in. They hurt a bunch then stop coming in... then another one tries... my wisdom teeth aren't very wise. They don't fully come in they just peak out then stop... then wait months then try coming in again. > A < So far I only have one fully out... I think. And two just peaking. My fourth hasn't even done anything yet. Right now after the third try my bottom right wisdom is once again trying to peak... hurts a ton. > . O Since they don't hurt all the time (only when they decide to start coming in again) I haven't seen a dentist about it since I don't have insurance.
