are there any AV artists for cheap?

I won't be right away, but I really don't know of any people who draw AV art or what their prices are for said art. I am currently laid off so I have to wait until I get another job, but it'd be good to know who would do it and if I can get it for a reasonable price with acceptable quality. 'o'
