Frozen was amazing

but Tangled was better.

Frozen was extremely pretty, the characters were more than memorable, but unfortunately, "Let It Go" is going to be the only thing the movie's known for in a couple years - but that's not to say it wasn't a great movie. It's worth seeing because it's Disney, and it's obvious that tons of heart goes into every film they make.
Tangled had a more widely varied color palette (gives a sense of adventure - Frozen felt confined to three locations: Erendale, snowy pass, and mountain), however, and more than one of the songs were reprised (an important aspect for developing characters and their relationships). Also, the music stopped two-thirds of the way into the movie! "Fixer-Upper" was cute and all, but it felt like there should be at least one more number before the credits (Demi Lovato can't do that song justice btw).
Of course, the two don't have to be compared at all, but they take place in the same universe and it makes me wonder whether there'll be a third installment with another princess in another kingdom.
Little movie critique for you guys because I'm probably gonna see it again!
Have a happy new year~ <3

I want to check it out when it gets to dollar theater, but haven't made the time to go to the real movies for it.
