Yeah, I just had a quiet night at home. :> Helps that I don't drink alcohol though lol.

I enjoy a nice cold smooth beer now n then, but I don't really make a habit out of drinking, it's probably maybe once every couple months for me.

Oh yeah same here. Chilling at home beats overcrowded bar and really expesive drinks. So staying at home and wishing people a great new year it is. Hope you have an Amazing 2014 ahead of ya.

Yeah.. here a beer over at the bar is about 7.50 a bottle last time I went.. that was some 5 or more years ago.. a pitcher of draft was about 13 dollars... (about 2 and a half pints each for two people, def the better price/volume) thing is.. it's probably more now then it was back then.

I rather just go buy a case and sit on my arse at home. This year though, I got home made apple cider and a few people visiting, it's nice n quiet.

I can't go out, because if I do, I will infest the remaining population of sane people with this zombie cold.

As a point of saying, want excitement, just throw firecracker in your yard when the snow covers, to make the new year pop. In my case, you do not need to be ad a big rave like party to being the new year in style.
