By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Payment:
Payments will only be accepted through Paypal. Your email will be requested and an invoice will be sent.

All payment must be sent as CAD, and must also be paid up front. The commission will not be started until payment is received and cleared.

Content:
By purchasing an adult-themed commission from me, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older, or of legal age in your country to purchase and view adult works.

I will only draw things I am comfortable with. This means there are several fetishes I will not draw. If you're not sure what you want is something I'll draw, ask. Either I'll say yes or no.

I will not draw animal genitalia.

My personal characters are off-limits for adult-themed commissions, unless otherwise agreed upon.

I am willing to draw complex characters or images, but please keep in mind additional charges may apply.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.


Revisions:
Minor changes are perfectly acceptable in the sketch stage. Excessive changes, however, will result in a fee.
I'll show you stages of the drawing at your request only twice to make sure I've done everything right. I have no problem with fixing my mistakes, and I want make sure that what I'm drawing is what you want.

Once the sketch is approved, no further revisions will be made past that point.
The only exception on changes past the sketch stage is if I personally make a mistake (with colors, a missed item, missed marking, etc.)

If you are not sure if something would be considered minor or major in changes, please ask.


Rush Orders/Deadlines:
If you would like your commission to be done by a certain date, please let me know in your initial request. Deadlines over a week from the initial request will not be charged for. Deadlines under a week from the request, though, will be charged an extra fee dependent of the commission total.


Permissions & Private Artworks:
I retain all rights to my art unless I state otherwise. This means that I have the right to print, sell and otherwise redistribute the drawing, unless otherwise decided upon.

You are allowed to post your commission in your personal gallery, but it must be linked and credited back to me. You may crop an image for use as personal icons, wallpapers, or resize it for display purposes, but you may not make any edits or changes to the art itself.

Commercial use of my artwork is strictly prohibited, as I still retain the rights to it. You may not sell t-shirts, prints, or any other items with my artwork on it, or make any money off of the artwork. If you intend to use a piece of art for any kind of commercial use, including website logos, inclusion in a magazine or book, or other commercial venues, this must be discussed with me in advance. If you wish to obtain rights to the image, it must be discussed before I begin working on your commission.

You may not sell, claim, trace or alter my image without my explicit consent.

Refunds:
If you need a refund for whatever reason, then you must request it before I've started your commission. If I've already started, then I will give you a partial refund based on how far along I am. I do not give refunds for pieces once they are complete.
If I, for whatever reason, find myself incapable of finishing your commission or taking an unnaturally long time to complete it, I will also refund you in full.

You must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with me. By sending payment, you agree to the above terms.

These Terms of Service are subject to change.
