Hmm, the pictures are convincing, but I have a very hard time believing that an inborn error of metabolism could produce two perfectly-formed penises, without any effect on the scrotum or testes, or the surrounding abdominal region. I'd bet $50 that it's fake, but not $500.

same here. I don't think they'd both look perfectly natural without there being some sort of side effect. but then again, we'll never know!

The other thing that gets me is the one where the one branch is erect, and the other flaccid. I'm not convinced that the human body could, by accident, craft two penises, each with perfect innervation and blood supply.

Plus, the news would be all over this guy if it were medically verified.

I reverse googled the images, and found a blog that some of these were submitted to. To me, these photos look pretty dang real, especially when they describe his condition in detail. His dicks also show a bit of variety, they don't look totally the same, and aren't the exact same size. But I could be wrong. They're great pictures, though.

I've seen a porn video called "Freaks of Nature" many years ago that had a man with 2 penii, but it was vertical in placement instead of Hemi-penii like a snake and shark. There's a possibility that it could be factual.
