saw this posted in a few journals and figured that sure why not so lemme ramble about Spord for a bit haha.
What made you choose the species of your main fursona?
Funny story, originally Spord was just this cyclops thing that kind of resembled the combination of two characters, Noin and Praxis&von Geier, and eventually it just turned into this cyclopean bird thing that has some vulture and corvid traits, as well as those of a harpy. Harpies are rad. (are there male bird mythological monsters, besides tengu? dunno. feels a bit awkward to have a persona associated with a specific gender.)
Is your fursona just like you, or how you want to be?
Sometimes I wish I was a bird and/or cyclops. But yeah I dunno.
Does your fursona have the same personality you have?
Naturally! I mean, it's me but as a cyclops bird thing.
Does your fursona have the same dislikes and likes as you do?
In a nutshell, yeah. Besides obvious bird quirks.
Does your fursona look like you at all?
Well, it shares my hairstyle and I've made it look slightly pudgier after I gained weight.
Is your fursona the same gender as you, if not why?
It is the same gender, that is, agender. That makes me think, earlier I'd have various male characters who I'd adopt as my personas, especially back when I was active on tegaki e and instead of drawing myself I drew whichever male character I was fond of, some of their personalities affecting what I'd say while other times they'd just straight up say and do things I would in such situations. But yeah.
Do you have more then one main fursona?
Recently I made a squirrel persona, but it's not in active use yet. I almost want to give it an equally silly name as Spord (Spoon Bird), which would be Sqoon. Aaaahahaha. Then again it'd be me so it'd be Spoon no matter what, unless I try to come up with a new moniker to nickname myself with.
Do you have a back story for your fursona, if so does it have anything to do with your own history?

It slowly started looking more like a bird thing, for whatever reason! Not a bad development, I think.
Is your fursona mated, if so is it to your real life significant other?
Ehh I'm not in a relationship and no.
If not are they looking for a mate, or are they a swinger so to speak?
They're not into that sorta thing. Sure they have weird crushes on weird characters but that's about it.
Is there something special about your fursona that you think sets them apart from others?
Iono. *shrug* I don't see many cyclops birds around, I suppose?
Do you have much art of your main fursona/s?

Would you ever consider parting with your main fursona, if so why?
I'm sure in some indeterminate future I'll probably come up with a new persona to identify by. For now, Spord and squirrel!Spoon will do.

Nop. I'd totally want suits/costumes of some other characters, though.
Have you ever roleplayed with your main fursona, or do you prefer not to?
Sure have. Nothing too serious though.

What a weird question. I guess Spord embodies certain aspects of myself that I do feel comfortable sharing out in the open compared to trying to draw myself and just. I dunno, I got my own set of self-image issues, and Spord is a kind of a mask in a sense, especially when my online life is concerned.
