an update. (omg!)

ok, fact of the matter is... I miss posting on here. much has happened during the time I haven't posted on here. however now I'm unsure if I should post my art on here again. I'd made my decision and I want to stick by it, but it greatly diminishes my social interaction with people who like my art.
twitter is currently my mainstay because... tumblr removed replies for some shittyass reason and they're so slow to reimplement that stuff it makes FA look like a more up-to-date user friendly site. deviantart and weasyl meanwhile are pretty much ghost towns, no thanks to tumblr.
and fact remains, I really fucking hate the administration here, but then, on tumblr, David Karp would let literal fucking neonazis run around because Freedom Of Speech (on a privately owned website with policies stating No Hate Speech but lord).
also to people who don't follow me on other venues, about a year ago I got an aspergers diagnosis which explains so much about me and I've been adjusting to that information. so I can get pretty stubborn regarding doing the right thing, which in this case might be continuing not to upload on Fur Affinity. but idk.
I feel so torn about this. on one hand I miss all the comments and the interaction and on the other I really don't want to give people the idea that this site is run by people who are supposedly competent. I haven't been active on here for over a year and I don't know if the community thrives the same as ever or if activity's decreased.
so, um. still thinking about things.

Long story short: stick it to the chumps you oppose by sharing your art with people you like and having a good time!
I like FA for the comments and the artist interaction. I have a low opinion on how the place is run, but have decided that I won't let that prevent me from enjoying the community. (I tried Weasyl and that was tumbleweeds. I also use Pixiv, there's lots of good artists there, but I don't understand Japanese, so that rather limits the community aspect for me.) YMMV.
I always hear talk about people saying this community is getting quieter... but this community has so many small sub-sections, and from my point of view, it has gotten larger if anything.
