Honestly, I've seen that too. Where? In Bioshock Infinite when Fink is offering a job to colored/Irish workers on who can get it done faster and for the adjusted price. Honestly, it's a terrible idea. Not everyone on Furaffinity uses YCH as a full time job, but one of the reasons I've seen from it, is that the commission of YCH is going to cost more to be done first. There are "popufur" artists I've seen that do this because they have a long list of commissions. In the 80's somewhere. The YCH is a quick and easy way to get money, and to get your piece done quickly. The trade off being that it'll cost more than a "regular" commission.

Besides that, you're purposely underrating an artist by doing this, and that's awful. There are artists on FA that will do pieces for $5, I've seen it, and that's not beyond anyone's budget if they really want "art" of their fursona. Art takes time, effort, skill, and even money on the artist's side. So even before earning money for the piece you're getting from someone, someone's who is paying you the artist, to draw them a murry piece of their possibly shitty fursona with a blow up doll or some star fox character, they have to make sure they have the money to even get started on it.

So no, this is a terrible idea. A fucking terrible one that spits in the face of anyone who has any decency as an artist, or even as a merchant.
