T.O.S.

Wear your Tragedies
not as Shackles
but as Armor
All of my T.O.S. is subject to change at any time and is effective IMMEDIATELY for any UN-STARTED art.
Last updated: September 20th. 2014
I reserve the right to collaborate with my mate on any/all pieces, for any reason. If you do not approve of this, you need to tell me before I start at all on any art for you. This is grounds for me refusing a commission, as collaborating with Lila improves my turn-over time and the quality of the art produced. All sketches/sketching is done entirely by me, as it is my favorite part of drawing, and thus the easiest for me.
I do: Anthro, Feral, Feminine boys, Bondage, lingerie, gore, countless fetishes; Pretty much just feel free to ask, and I'll let you know if I think I can do it! If I am not able to do it to my satisfaction I may refuse to do it, simply because I don't feel it fair to you for me to be experimenting without a prior agreement to it.
For all the amazing art in the world, there are certain things I just will not draw!
I DON'T: Draw scat, baby-furs/diapers, or water-sports. I'm uncomfortable drawing them. Also I'm not good at porn, Mechs/armor, or backgrounds! (just as a forewarning)
If I draw art for you you may:
Repost it with credit to me.
Trade a Character Design I made for you.
Sell a character design I made you FOR THE SAME PRICE. Only exception is if there is additional art, and then be reasonable.
You may not:
Alter the image without asking me (usually if you ask, I'll do it for you so it's in the same style).
Claim the art as your own.
Resell for more than I charged (if it is a character design)
Payment:
If we agree upon a specific price, that price is expected upfront and in full.
If I have completed the art, there is no chance for a refund unless I have made a complete error (example: you ask for your character drawn fighting and instead I draw a pin-up).
Full refunds are not allowed unless: I decide I cannot do the commission and opt to refund you OR I have not started your art yet.
WIPS cannot be requested for anything less than a colored sketch.
If I am uncertain on your commission, I will note you, likely with a WIP, requesting feedback.
Trades:
If you're a good/close/long time friend, I'll do my half of a trade and post it whether you've started your half or not.
Such friends will receive my half without watermark, regardless if they've done their half or not, however if I do not receive a completed trade within 6 months, I will assume I will not get my half, and I will blacklist you; meaning I will not trade with, commission, or take on a commission for you, and you can forget about any possible gift art.
For anyone other than friends, I'll complete my half as soon as I am able, though I am not required to draw past a sketch until I see a sketch in return.
Both my half, and yours, should be watermarked until both halves are completed.
All trades will be treated fairly differently as they are on a "as agreed upon" basis.
Free Art:
If I do free art for you, you may repost it with credit to me.
If I draw you a sketch or lines, you may color/finish them, but make sure to show me, because I'd like to see.
If I draw you a full color piece, you may not alter it!
If you follow my rules, then you may be eligible for more free art in the future!
If you do not follow my rules, you will NOT be eligible for free art in the future (and may be refused for commissions)!
If you miss a rule once, I'll point it out and offer for you to correct that oversight, I'm not unforgiving, but correcting it is up to you.
One consistent rule of free art from me is to talk to me; if I comment to you, I expect a comment back. The reason for this is so I know you have agreed to my T.O.S. and that you actually appreciate that I'm putting effort forth for you. When I feel unappreciated I get discouraged, I don't want to feel discouraged.
If you DO NOT comment back to me, but I have finished the art you were to receive I am no longer obligated to link you to the art. If you aren't going to put any effort into communicating with me I'm not going to put effort into communicating with you either. It's unfair and I won't stand for it.
If I've drawn free art for you, I'd really appreciate a "please"/"thank you". I remember when people are ungrateful, and that means you are less likely to receive art in the future, whether it's for yourself or not.
