Ha haaa. Mostly just suffering through it and trying to do the best I can despite always feeling like hiding under the bed! I've been using guided meditations and they help, but the effect is short-term. I'm on a wait list for proper therapy so we'll see how that goes!

ok. Normally I would say that xanax or the other perscription stuff works... and it does. Dont get me wrong, it does work very well but they have nasty side effects. I just recently got back from Australia and I was wowed.

I take *or took* Xanax perscribed and its expensive. My Fiancee showed me Australian bush extracts that kicks ALL of our antianxiety pills in the teeth!

check these out as a much cheaper alternative. Seriously I have to say that this is with experience. these blow the other things out of the water. fast and theres different ones for all sorts of ailments.

ah no worries. Sorry I couldnt help but I hope that your situation gets better! Anxiety can get unbearable at times and when we were kids, you wouldn't have any idea that our parents and the other older people were going through the same situations.

I've been trying to go through my watchlist and remove the inactive folks, but with you I hesitated and decided to keep you on, just in case. I was so surprised to see you come back, I missed your stuff!
